We identify the problem after analysing usally unnoticed by the company itself due to the nature of its position. Identifying problems from a wide perspective is one of the core aspects of design.
KK34 identifies and analyzes problems and develops better customer experiences. These brand new designed experiences touch the customers weather as a better information architecture, a better interface or a better service design.
